TRADE MARK YOUR BUSINESS NAME

If you have a good name and /or logo for your business, before you do ANYTHING with it, check the Trade Mark Register https://trademarks.ipo.gov.uk/ipo-tmtext. If your business name and/or design sounds like or looks like any on this register, start again and come up with an alternative. If it is not trade marked then make sure you do register your trade mark.

Even if you have had a great business name and logo for years, if someone else has trade marked it, they can insist that you stop using it!!!!
