Imagine a complete stranger asking you the below questions and write down the answers-

What is your business?

What are the products and /or services you offer? (Describe them as if you are selling them in a shop)

What is it that you actually do for your customer?

Who is your customer? Describe a few types of customer that would buy your products and /or services.

What are your unique selling points ? (What is it that makes you, your business, your products and /or services different from your competitors?)

What problem is your business solving?

Once you have the answer to these questions you can move forward with a plan, business name, identity and strategies.
