THIS SERVICE INCLUDES : 
a signed and dated NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) sent to your email address before discussing your business idea. This is an agreement that states that I, Caroline Hodson, of Sunflower Compass will not discuss your idea with others and/or use your idea for my own gain without your written and signed permission to do so.
a pre- arranged one hour phone or video call (whichever you prefer) so I can start to get an understanding of you, your situation and your business idea and discuss the options for validating your validating your business idea.
once I have the information I need from you, I will research and define the most relevant business description, unique selling points, industry, market, competition and potential type of customers.
I will then help you decide how you can test your idea within your target market. This does not have to be anything complicated, for example, if you are going to be selling products or services to other businesses, it may be as simple as just contacting potential customers and asking their thoughts on what you are going to do and what they may be willing to pay for it. Of course another advantage of this method, is if they do seem interested, you may already have your first customers.
If you have not already worked out your costs, selling prices, potential turnover and potential profits, don't worry, its easier than you think and I can talk you through/show you how to work it out.
I will then put everything together in an editable word document which includes all of the above.
If you would like to then arrange to go over everything, please let me know and we can arrange a suitable day and time.
 
All of this, put together should help you decide if you can and/or want to move forward with your business idea and if you do decide to move forward it means you already have the basic definitions and research to start building your Business Plan.
 
If you don’t have a printer and would like a printed version of your RESEARCH just let me know, provide your address and I’ll send it to you in the post.
