THIS SERVICE IS IDEAL IF YOU : 
have already defined your business and what you are selling and you have done your research.
you now need help putting this information into a Business Plan and help deciding how you are actually going to sell your products and /or services. (Marketing and Sales Strategies)
need help working out potential costs, selling prices, turnover and profits ( Financial Projections) 
need or want to build on the research you have done to create a formal Business Plan
 
 
THIS SERVICE INCLUDES : 
a signed and dated NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) sent to your email address before discussing your business idea. This is an agreement that states that I, Caroline Hodson, of Sunflower Compass will not discuss your idea with others and/or use your idea for my own gain without your written and signed permission to do so.
Before we speak, I will ask you to email everything you have so far, i.e. business description, research, any testing you have done, unique selling points, competition and target customers.  (If you haven't managed to put this information together, and need help doing so, I advise that you order the "RESEARCH" service first.)
I  ask you to send this information, so I can familiarise myself with your business idea and what you have so far , so that our call can be focused on discussing what you really need from this service and how I can help.
a pre- arranged one hour phone or video call (whichever you prefer) so I can start to get an understanding of you, your situation and what I can do help you complete your Business Plan.
If you have not already worked out your costs, selling prices, potential turnover and potential profits, don't worry, its easier than you think and I can talk you through/show you how to work it out. If you need a spreadsheet I can send one to you and talk you through how to fill it in.
I will then put everything together in an editable "Business Plan" word document.
This Business Plan  will include your Business Description and Summary; Unique Selling Points; Structure & Management,; Market, Market Research & Strategy,; Target Customer & Sales Strategy; Competitors & Competitor Research and  how you are going to compete with them; Financial Projections Summary and if applicable, Funding Needs
If you would like to then arrange to go over your business plan, please let me know and we can arrange a suitable day and time.
 
If you don’t have a printer and would like a printed version of your BUSINESS PLAN just let me know, provide your address and I’ll send it to you in the post.
